In partnership, AAAA, NCCAA, AAAEP, and ARC-AA have launched the Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant (CAA) Industry Compensation and Practice Survey to deliver reliable, profession-specific insights in a rapidly evolving market. This national initiative provides CAAs with a structured opportunity to share data on compensation, benefits, practice characteristics, clinical activities, work standards, incentives, and recruitment practices.
The confidential, aggregated results will be published in a comprehensive national report designed to help CAAs benchmark compensation, evaluate employment opportunities, and support informed advocacy across the profession. Each CAA who completes the survey will receive the results for free, ensuring participants have direct access to the data shaping the future of the CAA workforce.
