CAA Week 2020

CAA Week, the national week of recognition for the CAA profession, is June 1 - 5. The purpose is to help patients, hospital administrators, healthcare professionals, policy-makers, and anesthesiologists appreciate the role and value of the AA credential and the exceptional CAAs who have earned it.  

This is your week each year to be recognized for your contributions to patient care and enlighten others about the benefits of AA delivered anesthesia care.There has never been a more critical time to advocate for patient safety and the value of a CAA in the anesthesia care team.

National Certified Anesthesiologist Assistants week is finally here! CAA week focuses on promoting, recognizing and illustrating the importance of Certified Anesthesiologist Assistants by showcasing the impact CAAs have on their patients, their community and the profession overall. CAAs are a critical part of the Anesthesia Care Team who provide specialized knowledge, skillful expertise and high quality patient care techniques to ensure the wellbeing of every patient.
