April 9-11 | Miramar Beach, Florida

Student Poster Presentations

Join us at AAAA 2022 and attend or participate in the Student Poster Presentations.

This year the Poster Presentation judging and awards are planned to be live in Miramar, FL., and subjected to change based on Covid. The basis for showcasing the posters is planned to be E-Posters via the AAAA Conference app and, if space permitted, printed posters. All final submissions are due by February 25, 2022. At least the top five E-Posters will be presented live during the conference for judging by the Poster Presentation panel. There will be a five-minute questions session after each student presentation. We will send another email to provide more details once they become available to us. The day and time for the Poster Presentations at the Conference will be provided on the AAAA 2022 Conference App.

As always, the Poster Presentation Panel wants to be as transparent as possible.

  • The submission and evaluation process for posters has been an evolving process over the past few years given Covid; and the quality and quantity of submissions. We have changed one submission requirement for this year to account for the quality and quantity of posters. Each poster presentation must have an advisor who is able to lead and direct the student throughout the development of the poster and presentation. More information regarding the advisor and their role can be found in the guidelines document.

  • Our understanding is that the entire poster presentation session is CME eligible.

  • This year's Submission and Judging Panel will include Paul Krupa-Wilson, John Ng, Caleb Hopkins, Joy Rusmisell, and Bill Paulsen.

We ask that you forward the three documents to your students interested in submitting E-Posters for this year.
